30 Day Free Trial

All of our books are available on a free, 30 day trial. You may return any item in a clean, resaleable condition for full credit up to 30 days after it is sent to you. Please include a copy of the invoice. This free trial guarantee applies whether:

1. you order through the website where credit card payment is required

2. you order as an individual customer by post, phone, fax, where we also require prepayment by cheque or by credit card

3. your order is placed by an organisation, in which case we can supply the books with an invoice for payment in 30 days

In each case, there is a postage and packing charge added to the invoice. If you return a book and want us to refund a prepayment, we will refund your credit card if you paid that way, or we can send you a cheque if you tell us exactly who to make it out to.
